1. Services Provided Sparkling Clean offers professional domestic cleaning services, including:

• Regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) • Deep cleaning / one-off cleaning (minimum charge £100)

• End of tenancy / move-out cleaning

• Oven, carpet, and window cleaning

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via Whatsapp, email, or our website.

• Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash after each cleaning session.

• Invoices are issued for every service.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled clean will be charged in full.

• If no one is available to provide access to the property on the day of cleaning, the full amount will still be charged.

4. Missed Appointments (Cleaner’s Cancellation)

• If Sparkling Clean needs to cancel due to illness, vehicle problems, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

• No payment is required for the missed session, and a replacement date will be offered.

5. Access & Pets

• Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

• Pets are welcome; please ensure they are safe and do not interfere with cleaning.

6. Liability

• Sparkling Clean will take all reasonable care during cleaning.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unstable items.

• Any issues should be reported within 24 hours.

7. Agreement Acceptance By booking our services, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
